Why has my card been closed?
Our card-issuing partner recently updated its Proof of Address (POA) compliance requirements and re-reviewed the POA documents submitted by certain DCS Card users. Your card was affected because the POA document on file no longer meets the updated requirements, so the issuer can no longer support this card and will close it.

This only affects the specific card you were notified about. Any other cards or assets in your Bitget Wallet are not affected and remain fully usable.

What happens to any remaining balance on this card?
If you still have a balance on the card, you can submit a ticket in the Bitget Wallet app to request a refund through our live support team. Once your request and required documents are confirmed, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

A small network fee is deducted from the refund amount, depending on the blockchain you choose to receive funds on:

• BSC, Arbitrum, Polygon, Base, or Solana: 2 USDT
• TRON: 5 USDT

Double-check your wallet address before submitting. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. We cannot recover those funds or provide compensation if they are sent to an incorrect wallet address, or to an address that is not yours.

Will I lose any cashback I already earned?
No. Cashback earned on transactions made before the card was closed remains valid and will still be credited as usual.

Can I apply for a new card?
You will not be able to reapply for a card using the same wallet. If you would like to apply again, create a new wallet first, then submit a new card application. You can reapply with the same verified identity, but you will need to provide a valid proof of address that meets the updated compliance requirements. If you cannot provide one, the application will not be approved.
