This approach neutralizes price volatility, ensuring the USR stablecoin maintains its dollar peg regardless of market fluctuations. Additionally, the protocol generates yield from ETH staking and perpetual futures funding, distributing these revenues to USR and RLP holders.

Resolv stands out by offering a stablecoin backed solely by on-chain assets, eliminating reliance on fiat reserves. Resolv was founded in 2023 by Ivan Kozlov, Tim Shekikhachev, and Fedor Chmilev. Ivan Kozlov, serving as CEO, has over 10 years of experience in derivatives structuring.
