The pool is paired with Bitcoin, and part of the trading fees is paid to holders as WBTC, wrapped Bitcoin issued on Solana by the Wormhole bridge; the meme coin is not Bitcoin, and holding it is not holding Bitcoin. Solana caller sling, who earlier pushed another crude coin, titcoin, missed that the first version paid only a 0.05% creator fee. A later version transferred him 23% of the supply and ran to about $1 million without a sale from him; he then spent about $10,000 of Solana buying the correct coin for people who had bought the wrong one.
