Why is Fiat24 top-up unavailable?
Since July 15, <b>top-up</b> for Fiat24 cards has been temporarily unavailable due to Fiat24 card system maintenance.<br><br><b>Currency exchange is available again.</b> Please be assured that the top-up interruption is temporary. Who is affected by this issue?
This issue only affects some cards that use Fiat24 services. Other Bitget Wallet Card products from different providers are not affected and remain available for normal use. We are continuing to follow Fiat24's service recovery progress. Assets held in your Bitget Wallet are also unaffected.

Bitget Wallet contacted Fiat24 promptly to confirm the current system maintenance status and remains in close communication with them. Because this issue involves Fiat24 service-side functions, the specific recovery timeline will be based on Fiat24's subsequent notices. We will continue to follow up until the matter is resolved.

Can I still use my Fiat24 card?
You may continue to spend your existing card balance. The card can still be linked to <b>Alipay</b>, and used on platforms such as <b>Meituan</b> and <b>Pinduoduo</b>, for spending the balance already on your card. It can also be used for online service subscriptions such as X (Twitter) and AI tools.<br><br><b>Currency exchange is available again.</b> Top-up remains temporarily unavailable until service is restored.
