What is Canborsa?

Canborsa is a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) and financial ecosystem built on the Canton Network. Its mission is to bridge the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance by providing a non-custodial platform for trading tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), such as gold, stocks, and real estate, alongside traditional cryptocurrencies.

How Does Canborsa Work?

Canborsa utilizes the Canton Network's privacy-enabled and regulatory-compliant blockchain architecture. It features a self-custodial wallet and an automated market maker (AMM) for spot swaps. All transactions are recorded and settled directly on-chain, ensuring 24/7 liquidity and transparency without the need for traditional brokerage intermediaries or lengthy settlement times.

What Makes Canborsa Unique?

Canborsa stands out as the first RWA perpetual DEX on the Canton Network, allowing users to trade leveraged contracts on assets like tokenized gold (CBG) and major US stocks (e.g., Apple, Nvidia). By combining high-throughput institutional-grade infrastructure with a user-friendly DeFi interface, it offers 'perpetual RWA' trading that was previously restricted to centralized financial institutions.

Who Are the Founders of Canborsa?

Canborsa is developed by Code Capital LLC, a team with over 9 years of experience in fintech and blockchain development. The core team consists of experts in trading infrastructure and institutional finance, and the project is backed by strategic investors within the Canton Network ecosystem, focusing on bringing compliant financial products to the blockchain.
