Yes, each tokenized stock corresponds to a real stock, giving you the right to its economic benefits (e.g., dividends, capital gains). However, you're not a traditional account holder, so you can't vote at shareholder meetings. The advantage? No brokerage account required, no handling fees, and 24/7 trading flexibility.

2.Will new IPOs be supported?
Yes. We'll list popular IPOs as tokenized assets in the future.
3.How can I trade if I don't have USDC?
Currently, only Ethereum-chain USDC is supported. Swap or bridge other tokens to USDC within your wallet before buying tokenized stocks. We'll support more stablecoins soon.
4.Is there trading slippage?
No. All orders are executed on-chain via a transparent matching system, ensuring zero slippage.
5.What are the fees?
For now, transaction fees are waived. You'll only pay the blockchain Gas fees for placing or cancelling orders.
6.Do you support pre-market and post-market trading?
Yes, from 16:00 to 08:00 (UTC+8), covering pre-market, regular hours, and after-hours trading, 16 hours per weekday.
7.How are dividends paid?
Dividends aren't paid in cash. Instead, the net dividend amount (after any withholding tax) is automatically reinvested into the same stock, increasing your token holdings. For example, if TSLA's price is $100 and the dividend is $2, after 30% tax you get $1.40. At a TSLA price of $98, that buys ~0.014 shares, so your 1 share becomes 1.014 shares.
8.Will trading tokenized US stocks affect my other brokerage accounts or taxes?
No. On-chain trades are independent of traditional brokerage accounts and won't affect your positions or taxes elsewhere.
